Anthropic’s business operations plugin (v1.3.0). It has nine skills: process docs, runbooks,
status reports, vendor reviews, change requests, capacity plans, risk assessments,
compliance tracking and process optimization. Each also runs as a slash command, e.g.
/operations:process-doc.
When to use it
- Writing down how a process actually works: flowchart, RACI, SOP.
- A weekly status report with KPIs, risks and action items for leadership.
- Reviewing a vendor before renewal: cost, risk, contract terms, recommendation.
- Writing a change request with impact analysis and a rollback plan.
Before you install
Each skill works on its own from what you tell it. With Notion, Asana, Atlassian or Slack connected, it can pull context from and write into those tools. Each connector asks you to sign in the first time, so check which workspace you’re authorizing. The optional settings file stores only preferences (company, team, reporting cadence).
